Then, we dispatch an experienced installer who will securely mount the dish, set up your router (including mesh Wi-Fi systems if required), and test the system to ensure optimal performance.

5. Do you offer temporary internet solutions? Yes! We rent out fully pre-configured Starlink systems for short-term use. This service is perfect for film productions, festivals, live events, construction sites, and more. Rental periods range from 1 day to 12 months.

6. What is a site survey and do I need one? A site survey helps assess the best installation method and location before the main installation. It’s recommended for complex or commercial sites to ensure the best performance and signal clarity. Our engineer will evaluate key factors like signal obstruction, mounting locations, and any custom requirements.

7. Can I purchase Starlink products from you? Yes. We sell genuine Starlink hardware and accessories through our partner website, Chigwell Satellite. You can browse the range directly or ask us for help choosing the right equipment.

8. How quickly can you install Starlink? Installations are typically scheduled within 3–7 days depending on your location and availability. Urgent bookings may be available on request.
