Cabling: Price includes up to 50 feet of external cabling. For cabling beyond this, additional charges apply as per our website

• The quoted price covers the installation of Starlink and guarantees connection into one room – due to various factors such as property size and wall thickness, connection may not cover entire property – if WiFi is required but not available in other rooms,a mesh setup may be required which will be charged additionally to this quote (please see next line).

• For Wi-Fi Mesh setup: £75 for installation of up to 2 mesh units or £100 for 3+ mesh units (mesh units charged at £60 per unit)

• All work and/or additional costs will be discussed and agreed prior to work commencement. (Please note: a charge of £75.00 will be deducted from your registered card for monthly for subscription to Starlink which can be paused at any time)

• We now offer our custom designed and manufactured Adapters for the Starlink Dish to Router cable, which can reduce the required drill size of 20mm in your property by a minimum of 50%- these cables are supplied and installed at an additional cost of £25 if requested

• Please note – We cannot accept any liability for the reliability of any hardware not supplied by Chigwell Satellite

• Satellite Installs provides a warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from: Misuse/Accidents/Unauthorized modifications/Acts of God: Including, but not limited to, natural disasters, lightning strikes, floods, earthquakes, or other uncontrollable natural forces.

• Repairs and Replacements

Should any product supplied by Satellite Installs fail due to defects within the warranty period, Satellite Installs, at its discretion, may offer:

Repairs: Conducted using original parts or equivalent.

Replacements: Provided where repair is not feasible. The replacement product may be a refurbished or new item of the same model or an equivalent model if the original is discontinued.

• Self-Purchased Parts and Equipment

If you purchase your own parts and equipment:

Satellite Installs will not be held accountable for any failures due to these parts.

A call-out charge and installation fees will still apply for kit and equipment failure.

• Satellite Installs shall not be liable for any issues arising from the setup, installation, or use of third -party equipment, including but not limited to routers, modems, or other devices not provided by Chigwell Satellite.

• Satellite Installs retains ownership of any hardware supplied until full payment is received.

• By proceeding with the installation of Starlink Internet, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Chigwell Satellite is an independent installation provider and is not affiliated with Starlink. We have no control over the Starlink network or service performance. As such, we cannot guarantee the continuity of service, especially in cases where Starlink introduces new policies or enforces existing ones that may impact connectivity or availability.
